Are you a photographer? A camera enthusiast? Or maybe someone who has an obsession to photo-document everything? If you are, then this place is definitely for you!
Located at the most sought-after place in Quezon City, Caffera in Maginhawa UP Village is a small but packed haven for every shutter-loving individual. The moment you enter their door, it’s like you’re transported to a whole new world! From the Poloroid-photo-covered walls, to the manual camera films dangling on the corners, you can never be too astonished!
Whenever we hang out at the place, I go for the Caramel Frapperture. I adore the fact that it can compete well with the designer coffee concoctions in the market. On my opinion, I think it’s actually better! The presentation is just so cool: being served in a mug, shaped like a camera lens…and to top it off, literally top it off: is a camera cookie!
Caffera’s menu is an engrossing sight! The cafe is fond of using camera-related terms which gel well with the theme. Even their comfort room is impressive with the photos all around and the film-shaped tissue holder. Plus, they give you the freedom to doodle! On the counter, you can borrow colored pens and papers where you can write or draw anything under the sun!
According to an article at Ideastalk.ph, Caffera is originally a thesis paper which came to life. Cool, huh? These aspiring students from University of Sto. Tomas must be so proud that their vision has manifested and has continuously harbored love, awe, and support from the coffee lovers and foodies from all over the Metro.
It’s not too late people! Drop by and develop a fixation on the place!
